General features

LITEN® EP plastic greases are manufactured basing on refined mineral oil with the viscosity about 150 mm2 at temperature 40°C , lithium soaps of 12- hydroxylstearin acid and a set of additives increasing their lubricating, antioxidative and anticorrosive properties.

Application

LITEN® EP plastic greases are intended to lubricate rolling bearings exposed to high loads and for less loaded bearings which, however, are exposed to impact loads. 
Grease range of application: from -20°C to +120°C even in contact with water.

Limit working temperatures may however be higher or lower depending on the bearing type and required lubrication periods. 
• LITEN EP-0 is intended to lubricate bearings of central lubricated devices working in low temperatures (- 20 to +120°C) and requiring forcing through of grease to long distances,
• Liten EP-1 is designed for lubrication of bearings of central lubricated devices working in moderate ambient temperatures and requiring forcing through of grease to long distances,
• Liten EP-2 is designed for lubrication of bearings of both central and individually lubricated devices working in high ambient temperatures and requiring forcing through of grease to short distances,
• Liten EP-3 is designed for lubrication of bearings of individually lubricated devices.
