Emulgol ES-12

General features

Emulgol ES-12 machining oil is manufactured basing on highly refined mineral oil, ionic and non-ionic emulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors and enriching additives.
Emulgol ES-12 does not contain: nitrites, chlorine, heavy metals and phenols.

Application

Emulgol ES-12 emulsifying oil in form of water based cooling and lubricating emulsion is applied in machining of steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals and their alloys.
Recommended concentration of Emulgolu ES 12 based emulsion (with water of hardness of 15°N) depending on the machining kind and material type:
- grinding 3-5%,
- turning, milling, drilling, reaming – 5-10%,
- threading – 10-15%,
