Emulgol DS 30
General features
Emulgol DS. 30 emulsifying oil is manufactured basing on highly refined mineral oil, non-ionic emulsifiers, anion emulsifiers and corrosion inhibitors.
Concentrated Emulgol DS. 30 does not content: nitrites, chlorine, heavy metals and phenols.
Emulgol DS 30 emulsions should be made with 15°N water.
Application
Emulgol DS 30 oil in form of water based cooling and lubricating emulsion is applied in machining of steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals.
Recommended concentration (with water of hardness of 15°N):
- grinding 3-5%,
- turning, milling, drilling, reaming – 5-10%,
- threading – 10-15%
